We want you to feel confident using Vorla AI. If something doesn't work out, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.


When a Refund Is Available

Eligible Purchases

Refunds apply only to subscription-based credits. Credits purchased as add-ons (Credit Booster packs) are not eligible for refunds.

Request Window

You must submit your refund request within 3 days of the original purchase date.

Usage Threshold

If you've already used more than 50 subscription credits, the purchase is no longer refundable, even if you're within the 3-day window.


How to Submit a Request

If your purchase meets the conditions above, you can request a refund by:

  • Emailing [email protected]
  • Including the following details:
    • Your account information
    • Order ID
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for the request

Please make sure your request is sent within the required 3-day period.


What Happens Next

After we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

If your request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • A processing fee of up to 6% of the original payment may be deducted

Important Notes

  • Add-on credits (Credit Booster packs) cannot be refunded
  • Refund eligibility is determined based on both time since purchase and credit usage
